Luxurious hotel situated just directly above the ferry terminal (Harbour Front). The hotel is closed to many eateries, massage parlours and shops. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lounge and cafe are beautifully decorated. Hotel rooms are huge and spacious. Had a wonderful time! Will be back!

The staffs stationed at the lobby and the 11 floor club house are amazing. Even the chauffeurs and housekeepers are well trained and polite. My only qualms are the f&b staffs on level 2. We were having dinner there and there is this f&b staff which keeps placing menu on top of my utensils which is so unhygienic. He could not speak English either. I think he could sense I was unhappy and he bought out another kitchen staff and tog they stood in one corner and eye balled us while we were eating. That was so unacceptable.
