staff are warm and helpful. Rooms are in need of some freshening and the restaurants are OK, not great but the staff are very pleasing. The pool is nice and the grounds are pretty. At night and in the early morning the pathway from the pool area to the main lobby is very dark and could benefit from lighting on the walkway. Overall good value for money.

Not worth the money
Our room (number 120) is near the railway so it is very noisy. It is a 22 years old hotel hence maintenance is much needed. The property is quite run down. The couch in our room is dirty and there are plenty of ants in the room. The pictures shown in the website for the deluxe chalet (executive) are with bathtub but our room do not have a bathtub. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay for us.

the picture on the tv is so blur, sometimes while watching, tv turn to a blue blank screen wifi is slow no kitchen utensils at all in mini kitchen. The wire of the boiler is so short that it was hard for us to use they only gave us 1 access card, 2 would be ideal
