The room was so small but the rest of services and breakfast were fantastic. I would like to stay again when I come to london next time.

Good location, hotel is fresh and modern.
The location was great and the modern decor might not be to everyone’s taste, especially for the breakfast buffet but it was clean and fresh. The rooms were small as is the breakfast buffet area, but due to the hotels location it would be unlikely you are going to spend too much time sitting in your room. As they say parking is limited, only four actual spaces and room for three more cars if double parked so you have to leave your keys with staff. There is also street parking right outside hotel.

Excellent hotel in a great location
OVERALL: Totally excellent, we'd eagerly stay here again. PROS: First and foremost, one of the friendliest hotel staffs I've ever encountered in hundreds of hotels. So welcoming, eager to help, and accommodating, from loaning us umbrellas to extending our checkout time. Next, the hotel is perfectly positioned in Central London for site seeing. It's a 7-minute walk to the Southwark Underground station, where you can reach pretty much anywhere in 15-30 minutes, cheaply and often faster than a taxi or Uber. Plus, the Tate Modern (free), Globe Theater, Millennium Bridge, Shard, Borough Market and other tourist spots are all less than 10 minutes' walk, no subway required. Next, it's right in the middle of a bunch of great, inexpensive food options of every size and shape, from grab-and-go at Pret a Manager across the street, to tapas at Cimino, to take-out burritos, fancy breakfast places (try the waffles at Black Sheep), pubs and more. CONS: Very minor, but the room was a bit cramped for three of us (two middle-aged parents and an 8-year-old girl on the pullout couch). There was no dresser in the room to store clothes for a 5-day stay, so we had to keep our stuff in our suitcases. Like so many European hotel showers, this one had half a glass wall, two shower heads, and two wall controls, all of which is too much to master when you're only there a few days and groggy in the morning. Overall, we're really happy we chose this place, and hope to visit again.
