Hotels without anyone on-site are great until something goes wrong. We had trouble activating our electronic key on our first day there, and the key inactivated on its own the second day. To Anegang's credit, we were easily able to contact the person on call, but each time it took about 20-30 minutes to get the problem taken care of, during which time we were locked out of the building. Also the air conditioning did not work well, which left us hot in a third floor room. Opening the windows helped, but it made the street noise more annoying. Of note, there is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. If you have any trouble climbing stairs, ask for a 1st floor room. On the good side, the room was modern and clean.

The property was nice! My girlfriend and I stayed there for a night and had no issues at all with the contactless check in and check out. Would be prepared to have twin beds where it would of been ideal to have 1 queen bed. Overall and lovely stay and area.

The room had not been seviced when I checked in at 15:00, although they responded quickly to my mail, the room was not clean until 16:30 I paid for breakfast only to find out it is in a cafe around the corner. Not a problem as its a nice cafe but breakfast is not actually available until after 09:00. So my son had to go without his. They should really highlight the latness of bteakfast as I wouldn't have purchased it with the room.
