Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

The staff were great. We did buy the hop on and off bus through the hotel and were told the river cruise was included, only to be told by the big bus company that the ticket we were provided did not include this cruise. Some more care is required when providing these services in future, however I am unsure if we would have had time for the cruise by the end of the day on the bus anyway so if didn't affect us as much as it could have. The hotel was in good, clean condition and was in a good location. Overall we were happy it hour stay.

The hotel is closed to Eiffel Tower. The staff was very nice and helpful.🤗

This hotel was really well located as it’s right next to the Eiffel Tower. You literally see it as soon as you step out of the hotel. However, this means it’s quite far away from other Paris spots, as a heads up :) In terms of the hotel, the room was a little flat - the bed was quite basic and uncomfortable and the room was rather outdated. The breakfast was okay but was also quite slow in replenishing items - particularly everyone’s favourites the croissants!

Great room. Great service my bank was not working so they happily helped international phone call to my bank and i sorted out my money. They were so good in finding a great masseuse and i got sick so they gave me orange juice and loads of water. Very caring people. Even when i got lost the lady took me outside to show me correct directikns. They also booked my tickets to tours etc. Was great experience. Waiter in Mercure restaurant was a bit abrupt and unlike hotel staff.

Great location, bad services, room have no air conditioning, when ask they said only fan is fitted. Not a good place to stay during summer. No air conditioners only fan. Not recommended to stay during summer. Also staff are not helpful when asked about complimentary water, reply we don’t give free water, if you want you can buy at a cost of $5 euro for 50cl. Didn’t have nice experience at this hotel.
