Excellent location and run by true professionals
Service really is beyond reproach. Have stayed a number of times for the location and have got to know the staff over the stays and they couldn’t do more for you. Only slight gripe is the limited floor plate outside of the top floor rooms although the ceiling height compensates to some degreee. The in-house breakfast is really excellent if you are trying to stay healthy whilst travelling.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel, warm friendly staff that make you feel like you're coming home. Ideal position to access museums, shopping, parks restaurants and underground. Would definitely make it my base for travel in London next time.
