Ok hotel nice rooms but better available for price
Easy check in and ability to leave luggage after check out. Simple room with bar fridge and tea/coffee making. Ordered a travel cot for our toddler, told to use the fold out sofa instead - first hotel in all our travels to do so. Room was clean, fast lift service when not being used for games by kids. Nice view from Rooftop terrace, although bar area only open for couple months each year. Downsides- awoken before 7am local time with banging/maintenances work - no sleep. the breakfast was ok but very basic compared to other hotels and unfortunately the service lady in that morning was just a little rude. We asked for a high chair (under 2yrs toddler) no just use a chair - then got told to keep child sitting in chair - deep low chairs so he couldn’t actually have eyes above tables.. needless to say he kept trying to stand on chair to actually eat.. lots of kids running around the hotel without parent supervision, playing in lifts and staff allowing this to occur. On two occasions in sitting area we had our coffee spilt onto us and out papers due to children playing chase games in the sitting area.. on both occasions parents unaware and no staff assistance. (I’m talking full cups we had just paid for knocked over and when coffee is 5.10€ a cup it’s rather expensive). Fortunately one family witnessed their children’s behaviour and removed them however others allowed the chasing running to continue - this all occurs in lobby area where plenty of check in staff are also.

Hard, lumpy bed - Worst Hotel Experience Ever
The mattress felt as it was stuffed with lumpy, jagged rocks the minute we laid on the bed. We put the bed comforter on the floor to see if would be more comfortable. If not for the smell of dirty feet and shoes coming from the carpet which made me want to vomit, we would probably have slept on the floor since it may have been softer than our mattress. When we asked the front desk to change rooms or to just change our mattress, they said the mattresses were the same in every room. They said it was that we were probably "not used to the firmness of the mattress" making it sound as it was our fault. We then asked if they could put two or three extra comforters on top of the bed to soften the mattress for us. Hotel said they would look into it. We went out for the day and came back and saw that the bed was not made any better in any way. We ended up checking out one day earlier than planned since it was almost impossible to sleep on that old lumpy hotel mattress. The hotel just billed us as we stayed for the entire time, including billing us for the day we left early. We go to Europe two weeks every year and stay in hotels the entire time. This is the first time we had an issue with any hotel's mattress. I don't believe I've ever posted a bad review where I have given any hotel less than two stars overall.

Nope
This place needs to work on their hospitality and their welcoming party. I landed early morning, I didnt expect to be checked in, I kept returning at later times as instructed but it got ridiculous. I wasnt allowed to check in half hour before check in time. (3pm check in )The staff did not mention there roof top Terrance (main reason to book this place) . First time in Paris- The snootiness completely turned me off. I tried to spend as little time in the hotel as possible avoiding their assistance. The rooms were clean and neat but unnecessarily complicated. They only provided tolietries for 1 guest. The only fully sized mirror does not have lighting. The toilet is in a different room to wash your hands. If I wasnt so exhausted from the rest of my travels I would have cancelled reservations. The location was great to use the train or walk to the shopping area, that was the only perk.

Worst Hotel ever!! Racism!! Worse than holiday inn
Booking was for family room for 5 people. The reception never told me that the rooms were "Seperated" without connection. They said "No connected room available in our hotel" At this point, we accepted and checked in at 7 pm No gowns, slippers, nor even amenities like shampoos, washers in the first rooms. Only towels and soaps. However, after returning from Paris trip, I found that in my parents room, Air conditioning not work, bathtub jammed, shower not work in the temperature of 32'C!! The clerk called said they could not fix it, so endure it!! And an hour later, said to my parents to move to upper floor because there was no available side-by-side rooms. On 11pm, I went down to the reception and met the "supervising" lady. 1. About the reservation, no responsibility of hotel. Expedia's fault. We sold the room to them marked as unconnected seperate family room". -> This part, I have to check the Hotels.com, but I cannot understand how the can sell the unconnected rooms as a family room. 2. About the room itself. "Actually there is side-by-side (family) rooms available. You can move to them" At 11:30 at night, After all those complaint and discomfort, they actually had normal rooms!!! 3. And the hotel offered "Free minibar use" as reimbursement having a couple of sodas and a bottle of water inside. 4. In the second rooms, complete set of gowns, slippers, and amenities!!!! that the first rooms never had. Never use this hotel.

Great location. Sky view closed monday tuesday
The location of the hotel is excellent within walking distance from Eiffel tower and 50 meters from metro station. Many good cafées and restaurants in area. Also many asian food places. The breakfast at the hotel is not so good. The sliced bread is dry. Only the baguette is not dry. The scramled egg is very soft and runny, perhaps its a French thing. Some days you can make your own omellette, but not every day? You can also boil your own egg, however the pot was often full. Good juice and cofee. The sky bar including access to the Eiffel tower view is closed monday and Tuesday! The view was one of the most important factors for us, so this was a dissapointment. Lucky for us we could enjoy the spectacular view on the last night. The rooms are small, but that is expected. Staff is very friendly.
