the staff are mocking sloppy with no accountability completely out of the norm of a hotel never stay again hey at this hotel

Great stay in Ribeirao Preto

The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. If you stay at the budget side - it is just that - it will be a smaller room - but it was everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was very good and it has a great location next to Shopping Iguatemi which has very good restaurants and any type of store you need.
