This was a good hotel in a great location. Our room was quite large and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is pricey and not included. It is a good mid-range hotel option in Porto!

10/10 Exceptional

Loved our stay at Mercure Aliados! The hotel has the loveliest smell that seems to be curated from lobby to corridor to the room, and it made for such a relaxing experience! The hotel is incredibly clean with a beautiful aesthetic and the beds were comfortable with lots of space. The location can’t be beat! It’s so central and made for exploring Porto a breeze: a 20 minute walk to the famous bridge, a 6 minute walk in the direction of Livreria Lello and a 9 minute walk to the Bolhão market. Close walk to a lot of great restaurants as well. Safe, clean, and beautiful, with a great price, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

It has a great vibe, welcoming staff, and a great morning buffet. The pool is small, but a nice addition especially with near 40 degree temperatures. I strongly recommend!
