Modern & clean hotel, with efficient friendly staff. Near a bus station, but it was a safe area. Amenities were amazing. Valet, security, bar area, food delivery dropoff area, etc. Beautiful modern lobby, fast elevators, immaculate & well stocked, modern room. I was able to get a "Grab" (Malaysia's Uber)for about $4 to downtown, which was usually about a 10 min drive.

I knew I was under good hands as AC Hotel is under the Bonvoy group. I checked in close to midnight and the front desk person was energized, friendly and helpful. Room was clean as expected. Though, bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, but bearable. But this might be a personal preference. I would still recommend AC Hotel giving its cleanliness, service and brand.

Nice and clean hotel away from the hustle of central Kuala Lumpur. Hotel is situated in a ethnic area for those inclined for interaction amongst the locals. Hotel has a pool and decent gym, restaurant for breakfast and lunch, but plenty of ethnic restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Quality stay overall for me.

Cleanliness is good but missing body lotion. Air con is a bit of noisy and big noise in the morning around 5 AM due to railway operations. Hotel is too close to the track. In addition, hotel requested me to pay accommodation tax even though receipt states clearly taxes had been paid during booking.

This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. On the negative side, you can hear the nearby metro trains as they go by which can be noisy sometimes. The pillows were thick for us that it hurt our neck when sleeping. And the AC controller of the last room we took wasn’t working as expected. But nonetheless, it's a definitely highly recommended hotel that I'd love to stay in again.

Overall, our 10-day stay was okay, but I expected better from AC Hotel. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. However, we found cockroaches in the bathroom on three consecutive days, even after the room had been thoroughly cleaned in between. The tables at breakfast were also often slow to be cleared for the next guests. For a 10-day stay, I was disappointed to be given a room on the 4th floor. Overall, it was not a bad stay, but the experience felt rather average and did not quite meet my expectations of an AC Hotel.
