The building was under construction but the room was clean, amenities were available and the counter person Hypehen was excellent. He provided us with tips for food and parking downtown, qhich qas a quick ride.

Really dirty room- food scraps in the kitchen and stains on the furniture, holes in the lamp shades etc. Would not stay there again.

My stay was very good. I enjoyed how it was a nice clean place with friendly service. I didnt have any real problems staying there. I have stayed at the quality inn hotels in other states too and never had any problems with them The one tiny flaw I had was my room keycard kept shutting off and I kept having to get it turned back on. But aside from that my stay was a good one. I def am planning another stay in the near futured

The MOTEL was just ok. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the property itself left much to be desired. The room appeared to have been renovated and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom did not appear to be part of the refresh and was a bit rough. I guess the most disappointing thing was that is a motel. The room smelled faintly like smoke, probably because of the smoking station right outside of the room. There is something to be said for a couple of hundred yards of carpet and a couple of floors between your door and the great outdoors. My next trip back to Northampton, I will be staying at a hotel. I’ve used the Hotel Northampton in the past and it is worth the extra expense.

Have stayed many times in the past. First time that it was dirty. Hallways had same trash in it and laying on the floor the entire three days we where there . Couch in room too many stains to sit on. Advertised gas fireplaces are turned off (no explanation at all from management) so don't spend the extra money to rent a suite expecting to turn on the fireplace. Bag breakfast (still?-this has been resolved at other chains). Positive: Bed decent. Location good.

After going to multiple hotels on a cross country trip this was the first hotel who provided hand sanitizer in the room and front desk and where all staff were wearing a mask. Great job! This is the responsible and professional behavior I would expect during a pandemic. I’ll come back! Many thanks from a health professional working during the pandemic.
