Pool area and hallways extremely slippery, unsafe. Not to mention my 3 year old got a deep cut on her toe, unsure how, in the pool area. My girls couldn't walk around the pool area without slipping every 5 seconds, we left the pool area after about 10 mins. Hallways were as slippery as the pool area! Asked for towels at the reception area, guess what? There weren't any! Room was outdated, dirty looking. Shower had no running hot water, vanity faucet was loose and brown water came out when opened. Couldn't sleep at all, you can hear all the street noise right through the windows and walls. Would never stay here again.

Restaurant staff, pool staff and maid services staff were nice and welcoming. Front desk staff need to be more welcoming and friendly. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and hard! pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
