Great stay, plenty to do.
Plenty to keep everyone happy. A pool which the kids loved, a bar for a nice cool beverage, outside play area with bouncy castle, outdoor electric dart board was good for me and my husband to enjoy a game, in the lobby/reception there were various games to play. The room was clean and tidy, could do with a little update and refresh. Breakfast was delicious, plenty on offer. The children loved the fresh pancake machine. Staff were very helpful. We were made aware of city tax and car prking charges, the hotel is goid value for money taking all things into account. We would stay there again. After a 8 day trip around 4 countries, this was my preferred hotel. My childrens was a different one but only because the had dogs they could pet. Bike rental is useful, we did not use this service but would in furture.

Excellent Service
Our stay at Green Park hotel exceeded our expectations. It is a very comfortable, clean hotel and it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, it has parking included, which completes everything you need. but what we liked the most was the guest service, each of the hotel employees were extremely friendly, Pedro and Bavo at the front desk were incredible👌 the bar staff at 💯. In short, everything was spectacular. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is also very close to the center of Bruges, 10 minutes by car, and it has very easy access to other important cities.

Rude staff
Was woken up rudely by workmen right outside our window at 06:10 in the morning. Reception just shrugged at us. Our room 222 smelled of paint. Which we appreciate the rooms have to be painted but it was overbearing so had to have the window open. Our friends room 226 smelt of dirty drains. They were supposed to be deluxe rooms but I doubt they were.

This hotel was well looked after with a fantastic front of house team that were so friendly and helpful it made our stay lovely. The kids loved this hotel for the bunk beds, the pool, play area (including trampoline) the great traditional games in the lobby and....the bouncy castle!!! Yes a full size bouncy castle in the garden! It's a short drive to a park and ride car park which was free to park, however be warned the busses are every 45mins &the walk to town only takes that long!! You so have to pay for the bus like a normal public bus. Not expensive, but a bit misleading when it says "free" park and ride. Hotel is fantastic though can't fault it.
