A luxurious hotel in the heart of the city
In a fantastic location we loved this hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and was generously sized and well equipped with a comfortable king bed and blackout curtains. We could not hear any of the craziness outside which was great.All staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was a highlight and in house food was also good.

Fabulous hotel and location
Lovely sanctuary in the middle of the city. Amazing free flow champagne buffet in the Nineteen Restaurant ... made our quick stop a memorable one ... would definitely recommend for an upscale visit to HCM.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Wonderful roof top bar with amazing history back to the 1950’s. Very friendly and efficient staff.

It was a really nice hotel except for the noise. There was loud music outside which was a little intrusive. I think the soundproofing could be improved. Service at the club level was excellent. Staff were very obliging it had it and excellent range food for all tastes. It was very convenient location although noisy. It was close to shops and in an historic setting. Across the road where the Rex and Continental. The Opera house was right next door..

I was upgraded on arrival and check-in was very quick. Good discounts at the Spa and on food/drinks. VIP lounge has great canapes from 5.30pm. Bed and pillows are always very comfortable. Clean and lots of attention to detail.

This was our second stay at the Caravelle and we would always give it five stars plus it’s one of our favourite hotels in the world. From the comfort of the rooms, the staff, the food, everything is excellent. I can’t wait till we return to stay again.
