Checking into the hotel was good. Within the first 30 minutes at the hotel guests were already complaining about my children and the manager didn’t stand up for them at all! Quite hours start at 1030pm and the manager came to our room at 5pm and suggested that we move rooms because our kids were being to loud. My kids were excited because they were couped up in a car for about four hours. Clearly the managerial staff does not know the policies for their own hotel chain... and the worst part was that he didn’t even give my kids the benefit of the doubt and still compt the room of the complainer. Not even ten minutes into my kids running around, my wife and I calmed them down to explain that we were in a hotel and they can’t be crazy so then they sat and watched cartoons most of the evening but still other guests complained about them. The air conditioning didn’t work in the sitting room and was freezing in the sleeping room. The drain plug in the tub did not work, it did not hold water for my kids to have baths. When I asked for it to be fixed on the second day of our stay, it was never fixed. The chain to turn the light on the ceiling fan in the sitting room was missing so I had to climb on a table to turn it on. The light in the sitting room plugged into the wall was out and didn’t work either, also all facilities were shut down, pool, workout room, and breakfast area. Im also mad that I paid $10 extra per night for breakfast to be included but it was not!

The last week of March, the pool area and pool were closed, unlike next door at the Hilton and another hotel, who allowed open pool and poolside use. No breakfast buffet, but did offer a breakfast snack in a bag to take to your room. A very clean and well maintained room, with central hallway. The bathroom had no window or fan control, so the loud fan came on every time you turned on the bathroom light, unlike older hotels with bathroom windows or separate switch for the bath fan.

The room was clean but small. Tv was large but hard to figure out Channel selection process. Drove past it as their sign is not bright and hard to see from street. Staff was very friendly. Nice shower stall but water could be more forceful
