A Wonderful Boutique Experience in a Perfect Riva Location We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Riva del Garda. The Positives: Wonderful staff - Every single team member was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Boutique feel - The hotel has a charming, stylish atmosphere that makes it feel intimate and unique rather than like a generic chain. Great location - It is perfectly situated for popping into the historic old town, making it incredibly easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and the lakefront on foot. A Few Small Things to Note: Price point - It is a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service, design, and location made it feel worth the splurge for us. Road noise - There is some minor traffic noise if you leave your windows wide open. However, this is easily solved by closing them and letting the air conditioning do its job. Overall, the few minor drawbacks didn't take away from an excellent experience. We would happily stay here again!

Hotel Luise and its staff were pure gold! The hotel has a great location, lots of free parking space, super-friendly staff who wants to take care of you! Hotel Luise didn't just exceeded expectations once, but they did it twice. Ok spot close to town

Cute hotel overall. Good location to walk to dinner. The room was completely muggy and stunk of old cigarette smoke. Luckily didn’t spend too much time in the room. There was no service at the wine bar downstairs. The breakfast though was fantastic.

Excellent location with helpful staff

A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm

Great room but balcony facing the highly trafficated road to the city centre was not an upgrade. Nice pool area but slow service. Riva del Garda is a nice city and the Villino Beach Restaurant only 5 min walking distance is perfect for a pizza/pasta lunch. Have the rose wine :)
