Excellent overall!
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service we received there. The room and property were very clean and the furnishings adequate. The efforts of the staff to meet our needs was excellent. We appreciated the hotels close proximity to trails along the bay front where we could walk and stretch our legs. We felt safe there as well. The only small issue we had was that the double beds were a bit too soft for our taste, but could be overlooked as everything else was excellent.

Nice, but a very noisy HVAC.
Everything was nice about this hotel except for the A/C & Heating system which was terribly noisy. The room was clean, well situated, and the staff was friendly. However, whenever the heater would turn on, it made so much noise that it felt like a diesel truck had driven into the room. This went on throughout the night waking me each time.

It is a very wonderful trip. The receptionist is exceptionally nice. Checking in & out is swift (no fuss). The place is SAFE despite the news about SF to SJ. Hotel is clean, ample parking & well lit. Overall, we will be back soon.
