Although the staff was very friendly and helpful our room smelled like marijuana. Although it started out as a faint smell, we had to ask for another room in the middle of the night because it started getting overpowering. The desk staff was helpful and moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel. They said the room above us also complained. Not sure how hotels handle this but having to pack everything up at midnight and move was a pain.

It was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit such as the Asheville Outlet (which was across the street), Biltmore, and etc. The hotel and our room were very clean. Very friendly and helpful environment. Will be willing to stay there again.

A hotel fitting for a wonderful girl’s getaway!
Our stay was amazing. The hotel was clean and fresh, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also got some great area restaurant tips that were really on spot. We will definitely stay here again.

Don't stay in a corner room!
We've stayed at this hotel twice, and enjoyed ourselves the first time... not so much this time. My wife and I stayed in a corner room this time, and wow you can hear everything from the road. Motorcycles roaring by, semi trucks engine braking, you name it. Woke up repeatedly throughout the night! The bed was old and very hard, so I had a hard time getting comfortable (nice pillows, though), and the wifi only worked in the bathroom (nowhere else in the room). Overall, a really bad room in a hotel we've previously enjoyed.

Great place in Asheville!
Great location, easy in and out. Parking lot was small and not the easiest to drive around. Didn't like that there was no carpet in the bed area of the room. LOVED that we got a sheet of things to do in the area, restaurants close by (with discounts offered), and other pieces of information ~ so helped with planning and last-minute changes. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.
