Substantial Decline in Standards
I am sorry if I sound harsh but the New Ambassador hotel that I knew before is no longer there? I know things are a bit hard at home lately but we expected better..cockroaches..dirty toilet basin and the general cleanliness was not up to standard. Only 1 container of bottled water for a couple with a baby? No calls to confirm if all was fine in our room..no room service?? Perhaps I expected much but I genuinely believe we can do better..My wife took photos but we decided against pasting these to protect your image.

Stayed in one of the double rooms, has very shiny floor tiles in the bath room. In the morning after shower I tried to walk out of shower I stepped on these floor tiles and they are very slippery and I slip and fell badly resulting in an injured elbow. There was not enough towels in the bathroom.

The location of the property is wonderful. You can access the all the necessary shops /restaurants. This is in a country where economy is terrible, yet these guys are so humble and professional and also cater for guests' needs. Thank you to the staff.
