Need the Service with a smile
The reception is not friendly and is not welcoming. The onsite parking is expensive. The room entry cards are troublesome requiring the customers to go multiple times to reception to remagnetise the cards. Nothing out of the ordinary. An average IBIS

Small but good
Hotel was very comfortable and clean.Breakfast nice and plentiful.Room quiet even though over looking a busy courtyard.Front staff obliging,lending me a conversation plug.Ibis has no laundry,just an ironing room.Only complaint is small bathroom and bedroom.

An excellent airport hotel
Excellent hotel located close to airport. A huge plus for travellers was the half hourly free airport shuttle. Apart from this it was clean and very quiet, so one could sleep well. The bed was very comfortable and the room though small was well equipped and quite adequate. We have stayed in several Ibis hotels now in different countries and found them excellent value for money.. better actually than far more expensive hotels.

Great customer service!!
We stayed here to reset our body clock after a long flight from Australia. Opted for a motel close to the airport and one that offered a shuttle bus service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a little way out from the centre of Zurich itself but the tram was an easy 5 minute walk and a 15 minute ride in to the city. There are no shops or retail close by. Customer service was excellent! We had a problem accessing emails and boarding passes on our phone, so the staff went out of their way to help us by contacting the airline for us. With their help, the issue was resolved.

Convenient location
Convenient, great shuttle service. Plan your evening meal elsewhere, far too expensive to eat at hotel, apart from that hotel accommodation and cost, service and breakfast all very good. Would recommend this hotel.
