Anniversary stay
Stayed here for 3 nights, its in the heart of the Royal Mile. Close to all amenities. The check-in was fast and friendly service. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only concern is that it needs some kind of hand rail over the bath to enable you to get in and out of the shower with ease.

We found the accommodation great value. The location was fantastic, the spartment was well equiped and the beds were comfortable. The furniture in the living room was a bit tired but this wouldn't stop us staying again.

Great place to stay to explore Edinburgh. Close to all attractions. Room was nice, it even had its own kitchen that was filled with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Added bonus of a dishwasher if you are cooking meals in the room. The bed was comfortable & clean. Our only complaint be would be that the shower head needed cleaned ( room 503) and that there should maybe be a bit of sound proofing on the door as room 504 opening and closing doors feels like they are in your room. My husband and I both woke with a fright when the neighbour was going into their room.

I couldn't get there because if the train strikes I acknowledged it was non refundable but there was zero understanding, empathy or attempt to help out. They deserve to fail with that attitude to customers.
