Sunken Expectations
The guy who checked me in, didn’t have envelopes for my keys. So he made one with a stapler and some paper. That should’ve been a sign of things to come. There were flies in the room the entire stay. We called for extra towels, the young lady wasn’t sure about much including any extra amenities. She spoke like I was bothering her. I called a second time adding a hairdryer as well. She was surprised they hadn’t been setup. She said call back in the morning. At checkout I told the guy at the desk that the towels & hairdryer never came. He said he was sorry that’s about it.
