This was such a great stay and I loved everything about this stay. We were delayed on our flight home due to a typhoon and they were so understanding about extending our stay last minute. Thank you so much the kindness and cleanliness! I would definitely stay again.

The property is next to Aeon Mall and Oroku Kanagusuku Park both very good to visit while in the area. We were unable to make special requests on booking via the messaging. We have 2 children and wanted to stay in the same room and did not mind paying extra (many Japan hotels charge more for each occupant). BUT when we got there they did not read the request and were upset that we have 4 people instead of only 2 adults. They were nice enough to let us go because we had local family members there explain in Japanese. Covid policy for this hotel prevented daily room cleaning but they did provide new towels, amenities, and trash removal outside of the door each day. We would definitely stay here again!
