This family run hotel was fantastic from start to finish of our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is beautiful with a short walk to the main shops! I had such a fantastic stay here! I was solo travelling for Easter weekend and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They have their own private pier on the water which was perfect for the sunny days. The bartender made me an aperol spritz (in a jar) so I could take it down to the pier and enjoy the sun. The morning breakfast, although a bit slow, was very tasty and pretty vast as they had a small buffet, in addition to specific items you could order. Additionally, the room was great with air conditioning and a balcony, the bed was not the most comfortable but overall it was such a fantastic stay that I didn’t mind.

Cute hotel in a beautiful location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main historic town area, this hotel was nice to come back to and unwind after exploring all day. The access to the pier was a lovely addition and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location and lovely hotel

The hotel was really cute, inside the old city and within minutes walk to the thermal baths. The staff were extremely friendly and very happy to accommodate. Loved our stay. Would not recommend bringing a car, because driving in the resticted zone is pretty nerve racking.

Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back.
