My entire family LOVED this place. We had incredible views of Mount Fuji, it was within walking distance of 7-Eleven, it included a kitchen and washer/dryer, and was clean and comfortable. The staff stayed in close contact and guided us through the check-in and access process. If you like a quiet, peaceful place, conveniently located, with incredible views, this is your place.

Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa.

イベント会場から近い所だったので、とても助かりました。 場所柄虫は多いのは仕方ないと思います。 殺虫剤も沢山あったのでよかったです。 後始末は誰がやるのか揉めがちでした。 それでも、洗濯機は使えたし、こどもはロフトが楽しかったし、お風呂は広いし、富士山見えるし、メリットの方が大きいと思いました。 イベントがなくてもまた訪ねると思います。

眺めがとても良いです。 施設も綺麗で良かったです。 鍵番号がメールで送られてくるのですが、1回開けてうっかり携帯を室内に置いてきてしまい、番号を思い出せず焦りましたが、フロントのような部屋があって、そこにあるタブレットから繋がり助かりました。気をつけた方がいいです。 室内設備も良かったです。ウェットティッシュが置いてあると尚良いです。 チェックインがあと1時間早いか、アウト時間があと1時間ゆっくりだともっといいです。
