I had already paid for my room, but it took the front desk staff almost an hour to get their act together and check me into my room. Staff was incompetent and rude, as there were other customers in line behind me.

Always try to stay here... Nice place inside
We always try to stay here when in Vegas. Nice hotel, just doesn't look that way from the outside... Right off the strip with NO RESORT FEES. Staff is always friends. This time NOE went out of his way. Don't let the outside fool you the beds are big and comfy and the rooms are nice.

Past it's prime, but clean and comfortable
A hotel well past it's best years, though the rooms were clean and quiet. Free breakfast was bagels or cereal, but better than nothing. I suspect the hotel will be demolished when they demolish the recently closed Rivera Hotel/Casino right behind it.
