Gorgeous central London Boutique hotel. We had a mix up with our bedding and the hotel manager could not have been more helpful. All the staff were incredible. Very comfortable rooms. Loved it. If you need to be in central London, book here

The hotel it self was fine, excellent breakfast and brilliant service. Unfortunately the description of the Bloomsbury king on the website stated all Bloombury king rooms come with a generous seating area. We brought the room thinking we would have little more space. Our room didnt even have a chair let alone a generous seating area. From my experience the website misrepresents the room Ive twice asked for a response from the manager re the above, once via the reception desk and once via email . Unfortunately no response was forthcoming, appalling customer service.

The location is excellent Staff friendly . Disappointed in the size of the washroom which was very small Hair dryer could only be connected at the bed side and not from the plug in the washroom . The breakfasts offered no hot food .

We really enjoyed staying there. The front-desk staff was wonderful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had at any hotel. The room was comfortable, though a little small. The bathroom was very small. We would have welcomed more room for our toiletries.

The place is spectacular.
