It was great hotel. Good place to stay near the train and bus station. The staff was really friendly and because of them would be one of the main reasons I would come back here.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight and were told that the city tax MUST be paid in cash - we gave the hotel attendant 64€ in cash (received no receipt) and went about our stay. Upon checkout, the hotel charged us (on our CREDIT CARD) another 64€ stating we did NOT pay the city tax. Lessons learned: 1) apparently they CAN charge credit cards for city tax - don’t fall for the CASH only line 2) if you do pay in cash, GET A RECEIPT

Perfect Rome location - family of four.
Based on other reviews I picked this hotel and was extremely happy with it. Other reviews commented about local area but I felt completly safe with my family. It is located about a 5 min walk out of train station and down the street. Room was a family room plenty of beds. Room service was good. Not a lot of frills but worked out for what we needed. bathroom was a little larger than most boutique style hotels but still a little smaller than used to but worked out fine. Breakfast was really great and looked forward to that each morning. They were very polite to help out with requests and transportation tips. Local area has lots to eat ( our favorite was Nazzarine, ate there twice) and even had our laundry done before leaving at a local place. Because it was so close to train station we were at the sights very quickly and back to hotel quickly as well. Subway as well as train trips out to other cities. I would stay for sure again or even in the area.

Nice location but not for me again
The bathroom window curtains are very thin, I had a first floor unit and everyone from outside could see into the bathroom so when I realized that I was obviously very uncomfortable BUT the location of the hotel was good and room was clean.
