Time to be forgotten.
Pullman Bercy is now under renovation noisy and dirty. They told us that the noise would only be after 9:30 but at 8am it sounded like hell inside the room. I complained a few times and they said they were going to solve the problem but never did. The cleaning of the apartment was terrible too, dirty floor, old sheets. Once they were even with small torns. We were in vacations, we want to rest, sleep late, but the hotel maid entered the roon without knocking the door to clean the room early, too bad! For me the worst happened when we made the check in, the girl at the reception asked for acredit card deposit, I gave my credit card, and the girl tried to use the card for the deposit a few times and asked me, dont you have another credit card, this one is not working? I said I want to use this one, then she asked: are you sure you have enough funds in your credit card for a 600 euros deposit?! After being surprised with such a question, I answered: my limit is more then enough for that and that the hotel room was alteady paid, She tried again, and it did not go through again, and she asked again are you sure sir? I said to her that she should try another machine and she said, I’ll try but I am sure that there is nothing wrong with my machine, and she asked the other girl for the other machine, and put my card and did the transaction, it went through at the first time, and the girl said: strange that my machine is not workind, and that’s’all she said Not a word to apologize!

Exceptional 10.0
Family vacation in France
Wonderful! This hotel has THE KINDEST staff we have ever encountered in all our travels. Super patient, helpful & accomodating in each & every way. Assisted us each day with places to visit, taking the subway and booking Eurostar tickets. Made special arrangments for us for Louvre tickets. Especiallly helpful are Benoit and Ferris, although the others also were extremely kind as well. Ferris seems to know everything about traveling about France and makes you feel as if you're freinds as he explains. When he sees you next time he always follows up to see how your adventure went. He is genuine & sincere in his interest in your well being. The food at the hotel is very good & the quaint little Bercy Village nearby has some great shops (even for kids) & restos of all varieties. There is even a movie theatre there playing movies in english. The breakfast spread is quite amazing actually. Have it included when you book your room. You won't regret it. My wife and I are often quite critical of hotels and honestly, I can't think of a single thing this hotel could do better. Basicalky, If you want something, just ask them and they will be happy to help you. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

Very good 8.0
The hotel is super well located, a few steps away from a small shopping village with a variety of shops, restaurants, a cinema and even a small supermarket. The metro station is right behind that shopping mall, so it isa walk of about 5 minutes from the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful and the hotel is modern, has various amenities like a bar with coffee service, restaurant, spa, pool, and even has a few items for sale, among others. I didn't use most of the amenities, but I saw the facilities and they are super nice. The housekeeping service is good, but not super (a few things on the floor remained there for the duration of our stay). Beds are super comfortable, the curtains do a great job of keeping the light out and one can't hear anything from adjacent rooms or the outside. My only issue was with the A/C which during the nights seemed to loose some power as the bedroom became a bit warm, but during the day it was just fine, and that there isn't much storage space in the room, so we had to live out of the luggage for the duration of the week. We had a very pleasant stay and liked the area very much.

Very good 8.0
Good hotel, easy access to Paris city centre.
My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great shower. There were two complementary bottles of water put in the fridge every day, plus there was a kettle and coffee maker. Would be good if there was more variety of tea bags and more milk and biscuits provided in the room each day. I had included the breakfast in my booking. There was a good variety of items to eat from cereal to cooked breakfasts to fruit to pastries. One small point is that at previous hotels I have stayed in, coffee was served to me at my table whereas at the Pullman Bercy you have to make your own coffee or tea at a machine. Another great thing about the hotel is that although it may appear to be some distance from central Paris, Cour St Emilion metro station on line 14 is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the metro only takes 10 minutes from Cour St Emilion to Chatelet in central Paris. Bercy village is also next door and a good place to eat or buy provisions for the day at the Carrefour supermarket. The area around the hotel feels very safe. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to other guests. I would stay at the hotel again if I was in Paris.

Good 6.0
Terrible Service
It was a mediocre experience. Nothing really impressive and no wow factor at all. Service is very poor and rude. Staying at the hotel of this brand and price we expected to be impressed and feel like we found a hotel to return to for years. We will definitely be looking for something better. On several occasions we called for room service and several options were not available. One time we called for room service 10 minutes before the kitchen closing time and they refused to honor the menu for that time period. Never experienced that from a upscale hotel in the US. They aim to please in the US by going above and beyond. This hotel just does the bare minimum. One time we asked for hot water to make baby food and they said it would be 5 euros to bring it to our room. Or they came up with the brilliant option that we can bring can bring the baby bottle downstairs and come back and pick it up when it is ready from the front desk. What!!?? I cannot tell you the number of times I sat at the bar and nobody came over and I would have to go ask when I was going to get a menu. Bottom line it is a nice hotel with mediocre service. Not the place to make amazing memories in Paris.
