Had a great family vacation at Dreams Resort, staff was amazing. Only negative is there are not enough chairs at beach or by the pool for all the guests so if you weren’t out early grabbing some you could be out of luck. Other than that it was amazing!

This was the third time I’ve been to this hotel and sadly it will probably be the last. While the pool view is stunning, the food was absolutely awful. No where near worth what you’d pay for all inclusive. Literally at every single restaurant. The only place to find a decent meal was the breakfast buffet or by the pool. All of the other restaurants have gone massively down hill

Rooms are quite dated, housekeeping was inconsistent. Room was not clean upon check-in. We did not get the room we booked/paid for and did not get an ocean view which was disappointing, the front desk was not overly helpful. On the other hand the restaurant/service staff were pleasant and attentive.
