Great property. Very well-appointed. Love the ability to sit by the lake or by the fire or walk downtown for coffee or to a trail or hop in the car for a beautiful drive. Excellent stay!

8/10 Very good

Room was nice and was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower gel needed to be filled. Pool was way to warm and not refreshing. Rarely saw someone at the front desk when we went by , but everywhere we went in the area seemed to be short staffed. Would stay here again if we returned to the area.

8/10 Very good

The room had a slight mildew smell but the staff was very helpful and used a de-odorizer of some sort which mostly eliminated the smell. Mostly we enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful. I found the pizza mediocre but my traveling companion enjoyed her fish. No breakfast to speak of. But the surroundings were beautiful.

Very nice and clean hotel. Had to wait for coffee a few mornings as it seemed there was not enough staff. We also had an issue with our room and the night manager was less than helpful but eventually all was straightened out.

Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests. In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred. Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking out of the window. A great place to visit and a good getaway from the hustle & bustle of big towns and cities.
