Some of the desk staff were great, others rude. Both of the washing machines were broken. The room was clean, but the key card thing in the door was very loose. The faucet in my room was also loose and moved around when turning faucet on/off. The ice machine on ground floor didn't work. The breakfast was good and they had chocolate chip cookies on the desk for a late day snack , which was nice. Also had red delicious apples to snack on. Dog friendly. Probably would NOT stay there, again. Sub-par for a Hampton Inn/Hilton.

Very nice hotel but the Hampton Standard is above and beyond the norm! The room was adequate. Nancy front desk attendant was very helpful and accomodating in that she made an impromptu arrangement go smoothly Breakfeast is always outstanding and adeqiate! I’m an early riser and eat a robust Breakfeast daily! Room temperature was good seeing we were in a four day Heat Wave and I arrived on the 3rd day! I enjoyed my stay!
