      This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in my life. I did not even stay I checked in, walked in the room and left. It was FILTHY!!! There was urine on my toilet seat, hair all over the tub and blood on a bath towel. When my fiancé told the maid, she handed her a bottle of Lysol and disinfectant wipes. I went down to the lobby and told them I just checked in and had to leave and wanted a full refund. They took my name and number and I never even heard from management. This hotel is a disgrace !

      Not what I expected

      My stay was terrible - the front desk staff was nice - the maintenance guy was tending to the food for breakfast. my room tub and sink was stop up the whole 4 nights stay- I call and someone came out but it did not help. I called again- was not fixed the linen and towels had hair over it... I expect more - the room was spacious . I wish I would have known that photos were an option.

      Disappointed

      We’ve stayed many times at the Hampton Inn and suites in Warwick RI and had great accommodations and experiences. This time our room was without a table lamp for the desk so the room was dark had to ask for one and same for extra toilet paper, tissues. The room was poorly prepared. Ants in the bathtub plus torn wallpaper. They need to inspect and renovate some of the rooms.

      Never again

      We will never return here. It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, including international stays. There were stains on every fabric surface and the floors were sticky. There was no cream or milk products of any sort (milk, creamer, powdered creamer) for coffee in the morning and the rest of the breakfast offerings were poor.

      Not what we were expecting

      The check in was difficult. While the front desk associate was lovely and friendly there were no rooms available at 7 pm for check in and a long line of people waiting to check in. There were also many angry people who were switching hotels. The room was what we expected but then we found coffee beans on the floor showing a thorough vacuuming and cleaning was not done. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 and they stopped putting food out a little past 8:30 so by 9 there was nothing and when we asked about it the staff told us they were closing soon. The most concerning thing was the back door has very dim lighting and it is very dark at night. This should be addressed.

      Going downhill

      The first room we got had not been cleaned so we had to change rooms. We needed sheets and towels for the second room and they were never brought to us. We had to go to the front desk and wait an hour to get them ourselves. Indoor Pool was not heated and was freezing cold. Breakfast area was a disaster. Hallways had cleaning carts and dirty linens in it the whole time we were there.

      The biggest disappointment was that the pool is closed. I asked for extra towels to be sent to my room in the morning, came back that night to no extra towels. So I had to wait 30mins at the lobby desk till i finally got some towels. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

      It was a nice Hotel, in good condition. Lots of good restaurants near by. Customer service was very good. Bed was pretty comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure.

      The room wasn’t as cleanly as I had hoped. The the tv was average, not a smart tv and the remote barely worked. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. I most likely would not choose to return.
