The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
I would have given 5 stars, but the restaurant and in-room dining were disappointing. Room service takes a really long time — if you plan on eating at a certain time, I recommend ordering at least two hours in advance. They also require payment upfront and do not allow charges to be billed to your room.
Unfortunately, the food itself was underwhelming. On multiple occasions, service in the restaurant was slow, and I had difficulty getting assistance. There were times when staff were not readily available and I had to call out for help. After three disappointing experiences with bland, unappealing food, I decided to stop dining there. The restaurant definitely needs improvement.
The rooms, however, are nice.
Aside from the restaurant experience, everything else was great, and I would still recommend staying here.
