The restaurant was fine, and the room was fine. The walls are so thin that we could hear the TV next-door even at low volume, and we could hear someone dragging a wooden chair across the floor above us. Very noisy for the price.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful. The room was clean, the restaurant was A plus. Very good hotel to stay overnight to go to the airport. Airport is about 7 mins away. We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent choice.

6/10 Good

The hotel was nice and clean, especially for the price. The AC did not cool our room and it was very warm. We had an early flight and wanted to eat dinner early, but the restaurant did not open until 6:30 p.m. Dinner was delicious and the waitress was attentive. We chose this hotel for the transportation and proximity to the airport but was told we had to book transportation days in advance because there was no availability when we needed it early in the morning. The desk did call for a taxi for us but that definitely was not free like the transportation provided by hotel.

Everything was easy, well explained, well maintained, very nice. Staff was cordial and efficient, the shuttle to airport was on time, quick and easy to book and use. Airport is very nearby, so perfectly convenient. The restaurant was lovely, service and food were great. We had no complaints, and would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you!

The bathrooms had stains and the soap dish was rusted. The towels were thin and appeared to be worn out. Shower was small. Shower soap dispenser was not user friendly. Only very small amounts of soap came out. Location to hotel was great. Air conditioning was not great. It was a hot, humid summer day and would have been more enjoyable if the AC had more output.

For an airport hotel, this place is quite accommodating and comfortable. The stafff is excellent and the food is outstanding. The neighborhood is underconstruction and yet walkable,

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! The room was comfortable, clean and very cool during the recent heatwave. The prices are very fair too. The hotel restaurant is outstanding, especially for an airport hotel. Great Bolognese specialties! The hotel bartender is very gracious and drinks are lovely. I highly recommend it! Be aware that there is a fee for the hotel shuttle bus, but it’s much cheaper than a taxi from the airport, so I didn’t mind paying at all.

Pretty basic, you don't get a lot for your money. But for the proximity to the airport it's convenient. Shuttle was efficient and fast. The service at the restaurant was slower than we would have liked. Overall a decent experience but don't expect more than that.

After a very disappointing experience at another hotel in Bologna, Hotel Bologna Airport was a huge relief for our family. We booked this hotel at the last minute after our previous hotel was unable to provide a room with working air conditioning, and we needed a comfortable place to rest before our early morning flight to London. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful, quickly arranging two rooms for our family of four and scheduling the paid airport shuttle for the next morning. The check-in process was smooth despite our late arrival. Although we were only able to stay for about six hours before leaving for the airport, we immediately appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms, cold and fully functioning air conditioning, and very comfortable beds. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch before our early departure. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to enjoy the hotel's other amenities. The overall comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere reminded us of staying at a Marriott or Hilton in the United States.
