Needs some major tlc
We arrived earlier than two, asked if possibility for early checkin. There wasn’t which was totally fine. But we arrived at check in time and our room still wasn’t available? They said it was busy? But there was only one staff member? The receptionist was also the room cleaner?? The bed was comfortable, but the furnishings were pretty gross, the bedside table looked like the paint was all peeling off, and looked like it has bubble gum on it. The garden out side area was pretty unkempt, there was pieces of pizza strewn on the path, gardens over grown. And the pool area was very very unappealing.. the roof part looked mouldy, the water cloudy. Overall I was disappointed. Especially for a comfort in. My kids were grossed out by the place which is saying something. (Sorry I didn’t take pics, my phone memory is full)

The bed was very comfy but the bathroom should have been cleaner. Kettle dirty. Place needs maintenance done. Pool was clean and warm which is the main reason I booked it.
