We have stayed here before and returned as we had no issues, however this time there were a few problems. There was no toilet paper on the holder, no shampoo or soap in the dispensers, dirty linen left on the sofa, cold and hot taps are reversed. The biggest issue was the recently renovated shower overflowed after the shower was on for a couple of mins (most of which was waiting for hot water to come on) and overflowed onto bathroom floor and quickly out onto the carpet. Had to have 60 second showers to avoid this happening. Also, we booked a queen and single for myself and my son but the single was missing from the room. However friendly staff managed to track one down for us.
