Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz

El hotel y el servicio estuvo fantástico. Lo único que no me gustó uno de los restaurantes llegamos a las 5:40 pm y salimos s las 8:30 pm el restaurante estaba vació éramos los únicos . Y la comida y la tarde se fue esperando la comida . De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Our room attendant (camarista), Olga was simply fabulous!! Off the charts! She treated us like royalty. My husband was feeling poorly and she simply saved the trip experience with her kindness!! Staff members are very service oriented, friendly and helpful.

this hotel used to be a Grand Fiesta Americana and has apparently been down graded (The word grand on the street sign has been covered with plastic!) Reception and everything at the front desk, bell services, valet parking all excellent. The restaurant was mediocre. And the entire facility needs freshening up and minor repairs. Given the fact that relatively speaking the rates are high and there are many other options nearby, I think we would stay in another location on our next visit to the area

Although check-in was a little disappointing due to delays. The staff throughout our time at this hotel went out of their way to ensure our family had a very pleasant and enjoyable time. We would certainly stay here again.
