Poor condition, vending not working, staff telling us at check-in about other people staying on premises and that the ashtray out front had caught fire. At check-out, was huffed at because staff had to get off of her personal call on her cell phone.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was packaged muffins, cereal bars, and yogurt. There was also coffee. The absence of a hot breakfast seems to be the norm post-Covid however the pool appeared to be open. The dated bathroom was offset by an abundance of water pressure and an amazing shower head. Overall exceptional value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, except for a random red stain on the carpet, but it looks like it had been attempted to be cleaned out but they couldn't get it all out. I did have trouble with the heater unit, the knob kept falling to a much hotter setting after I would adjust it, so I couldn't get the temperature in the room to my liking. One of the nights, one of the other guests was slamming doors and running down the hallway and kept waking me up. This was around midnight to 2am. So not very sound proof walls.

Kim at the front desk was awesome! Professional and friendly, she made us feel welcome after a long day of driving. Bed was comfy and coffee in the lobby was hot. Nice stay.

When I got here I asked if there was any way to take some off the price of the room. I got “ no that was through a third party I can’t do anything. Even though I hadn’t paid for the room yet. Then she runs my card for more than the price listed by Expedia and says I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. Which I had not! She then cancels that transaction and runs for the price Expedia quoted, so she could have knocked more off if she wanted to. Then she had this why are you bothering me attitude that I will be tell the manager about at checkout. I also had to call down for sheet to the sofa bed and as I’m pull the bed out there is sign that says they will deliver them. I call she says I have to come get them. I usually don’t write reviews about my stays. But she rubbed me the wrong way.
