For a hotel that was on a motorway service I didn’t have high hopes but I was very surprised really clean staff were so friendly and helpful bed was really comfortable

The hotel fitted into the 'ok' bracket, nothing special, room was ok, reception was ok, location was ok. Main issue was how hot the room was, which made it very hard to sleep.

Front office and rooms are ok, beds are comfortable. Restaurant/Bar- Service is a joke. Totally understaffed and the few that are there have had no training what so ever, we had to leave after over an hour waiting as it was to busy (8 Guests) and they forgot our food, waitinh for a beer takes quiet a while as the front office has to do the service as well. Stay for a night is ok, but not for longer
