Great Place to stay
Was in town briefly for business. Got there about midnight. The night Manager was very energetic, great demeanor and covered all bases for the room check in. Rooms were very decent. A couple of small pieces of normal wear and tear ( wallpaper) but thats about it. Beds are super plush. fell right asleep.

Customer service matters
When we arrived the front desk person was not around. We waited for quite some time for someone to show up. When she did she was brusque and impatient. The lobby smelled of grease and fried foods. There were a lot of people in it making a lot of noise and playing cards. The next day we did not receive any clean towels. I understand that with COVID there are new policies, but the information was not told to us prior to our stay. When I called down to the front desk and asked about the towels the front desk the person at the desk explaining the policy was short with me. When I asked for new towels he said they would send them up, he never did. I had to call down again several hours later. The hotel is run down and in need of updating. It’s not worth the price. The bed was comfortable. The one bright spot was the front desk person on our last day. She was pleasant and took the time to ask about our stay. She explained the parking and helped our daughter when she forgot her phone charger in the room. When your traveling a good customer service person can really define the stay!
