The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast there. Just two things. Although adequate for me, the shower in my room was quite small. My room was also opposite a nightclub, with a late licence, and I stayed on a Friday night which wasn't conducive to sleep. If I stay again I will ask for a different room.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't a good experience. The first morning the coffee machine broke down and staff were clueless to fix it and took ages to set up a hot water urn in its place. Also the staff were not proactive in keeping the hot buffet topped up, had to wait ages for both bacon and beans trays to be topped up. The second morning was no better. Had to point out to a member of staff that there was no bacon, she said 5 mins.15 mins later the bacon arrived but then the fried eggs tray was empty. I gave up and left with just a piece of toast
