We were in North Charleston for work and have stayed at many a hotel and I would confidently say that this was the most easisest nicest and professional staff I have seen. The ladies up front are amazing and work with a purpose to ensure thier customers are satisfied and comfortable. This whole institute is magnificent and I will be staying here for the rest of my stay in North Charleston.

No toilet paper. No towels. No ventilation in bathroom. The bed was seriously uncomfortable.

Suck. First, was sent to room #318, the place was no lights by beds, left used mask on top of sink counter, toilet wasn’t flush well bcuz someone/somebody was there b4 I check-in. Then was move to room#303, but 2 double beds wasn’t ready at all, then move to another room #301, again, n finally settled down nearly 10pm, but lots of bugs, crawling n flying n killed them n flushed it to toilet. Totally not satisfy with my renting the room, so should I b getting something in return for this?? At least something like either a refund or free nite/nites!!
