The rooms are in dire need of updating. We only had two.light bulbs working out of six in the bathroom, told front desk twice, never came to fix them! We asked for room service once, they forgot to leave towels , toilet paper and tissues! We were there 5 nights. Going to have to find another place next time we visit family. This Best Western has been clean every time we have staid here. We love the location, this is an easy in and out. Also, the location is such that we could get to Tucson, Sahuarita, and Tubac. So much to see and do in this area, and coming back to a clean welcoming environment is so important to relaxation. Thanks for a relaxing time.
