Holiday in San Francisco
We stayed at Hotel Zelos for 8 days. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and comfortable. The location is next to bus stops and cable cars and only a few block walking distance from Union Square and shopping centers. Unfortunately, there are lots of homeless people everywhere in the area, so there are security guards at most store and hotel entrances.

Nice hotel, enjoyed a short stay. Hotels.com is not being honest with the price, though. In addition to the cost they list and the service fee, there was another $40 service fee for one night due at check-in to the hotel.

Great hotel for your San Francisco stay!
I stayed at the hotel Zelos for a two day business trip in May 2023. This hotel is a perfect location just off Market Street in the center of San Francisco. A warm reception on arrival. Really nice spacious clean room. Breakfast was great and we tried out the restaurant also in the evening which was delicious. Great hotel for a short stay!

Oasis in St. Francis
The hotel is in prime location. The public transport is easily accessible. Though it is on a busy thoroughfare, the foot and motor traffic does constitute to discomfort. The facility is secured with keycard entry on the lobby and the elevator. In addition to that, security is available all the time. They’ve also got an ambient bar on the fifth floor that offers a delightful gin fizz. I wish the weather is more pleasant for me to experience the outdoor seating. My only concern though is the inclusion of the resort fee on the bill.
