I enjoyed my stay. The WiFi was not always working but I managed. I wish they would have provided some type of compensation due to not providing the free breakfast.

Outside is misleading
The hotel exterior in need of updating and maintenance. Parking lot is awful! Potholes, patches, rough spots, etc. Dog poop and pee all over the grounds. The ground crew needs to step it up. However, the interior is nice. We loved our suite! It was clean and spacious. Our pet was also comfortable there. We would definitely stay again. I hope when there's no snow on the ground, the yards are free from dog waste (pet owners also bear a lot of the blame for this, not just staff).

Called before I booked to see if there was breakfast. Guy on phone said yes then we show up to find out no breakfast. I dropped my wallet in elevator to have it returned but cash stolen. Rough start.

I checked in after a long snow covered drive and everyone was wonderful. The clerk that checked us in very nice and helpful. The rooms were warm and very clean.
