Liked this hotel. An easy Uber ride to anything. The buffet breakfast was one of the best have ever been too. Service was good. They help the tourist. They respond to pre-trip emails. They made a breakfast to go bag for us morning of departure as we could not eat at breakfast buffet. There are two towers which can be a little confusing.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, not far from a subway station. During our stay, one of the elevators going to the top floor didn't work. The body wash and hand soap were also not filled. Overall, an average stay.

Had a great stay here! I work remotely and this provided great WiFi and a great work area! The lobby is super spacious and has a great vibe. The location is near lots of public transportation and restaurants. I will be staying here next time again!

Lovely hotel

The hotel was lovely with many amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not much choice on food but the 1 night we did have food, the meal was lovely. The self-purchase shop was handy for drinks... It could be loud at night (gone 11pm) but this could be the room we were in. A little out of the centre but only 20 minutes walk to Potsdamer Platz and easy bus transport just up from hotel for all main areas of Berlin. The S-bahn is also very easy to use for main attractions.

Old and loud

The building is old and the walls are thin. You will hear the noises from the next rooms. The toilet is not cleaned properly. I still haven't checked out but the cleaner was already telling me that it has to be cleaned and even opened my room without my consent. The check in and check out was self-service so you will check in by yourself and validate your key card. There's no detailed instructions which might be harder for non-techy people to follow.

When we arrived and waited for checkin, we thought the surrounding area and the park across the street were NOT GOOD. But as soon as we entered the property of the hotel, we were extremely happy! What an amazing hotel experience!
