Best hotel in Tokyo
This hotel was better than the Ritz Carlton in terms of comfort, housekeeping services, location and value. I stayed here first then stayed at the Ritz in Osaka and I was missing the comfort of Tokyo Station Hotel greatly! The lighting was much brighter, the pillows were softer, and the air conditioning was stronger. The bathroom had better shower head options with a jet tub and the facial amenities such as cleanser and lotion was a famous brand. Room size was more spacious as well. Staff was on par with service. Plus you can’t beat the location. I saved so much time in terms of travel because I used the JR Pass and the trains were just right below the hotel! I have to say that this is my favorite in Tokyo and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Tokyo in the past from 4-5 star hotels. I can’t wait to come back next year!
Large tv with sitting area

That’s upscale hotel with very convenient location that’s inside of Tokyo station. Clean & comfortable room with plenty of amenities in the room & some more items are available upon request like bath salt, mouthwash, etc… I enjoyed the roomy guest room and gorgeous bathroom with a deep tub. I differently come back.
