    Not good

    It was to hot there no Open windows, there was stains on the floor we had one towel to use for four nights we had to keep asking for stuff and the door on the toilet is broken and could not Lock the door. Breakfast was included but it was not that good.

    Could do better

    Check in was hard work. Young girl on reception could do with brush up on customer service. Had requested parking but told car park full. When explained I have bad arthritis and son has disabilities, was advised to check if disabled space available. The young girl noted registration incase there was. When booking no mention of charge for car park. I had a space, when i went to pay, had to write car reg down again. Room very clean. Lovely feesh towels. Shampoo and body lotion available Air con barely worked room too warm. No power point by mirror to dry hair. Only snacks available. Rolls with soup rock hard, but when mentioned, fresh bread was brought out. The lady working in the restaurant was lovely and very accomodating.My husband mentioned lettuce must gave been there since before lockdown. No screens between tables. No social distancing other than limited number allowed in to get breakfast, and jimut to numbers at reception desk. No eggs left when we got to front of huge queue. When i asked for more was told no more available despite fact there was still a large queue behind us. Good selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurts, and breakfast was much better quality than evening snacks. Lady on desk at check out far more efficient than check in

    Nice

    It was a lovely hotel with nice complimentary breakfast. Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very warm and the air con would only allow us to go down to 19 degrees Celsius. However it kept jumping back to 23 degrees. However after an uncomfortable first night we spoke to reception and they sorted it for us quickly. It was still warm but a lot more comfortable. We also requested more towels on the second day as all of ours were dirty and they would only bring us one bath towel. When I asked for another one and a face towel he brought me back a hand towel and a bath mat. Other than that it was a lovely stay and me and my partner had a great time.

    Our overall experience in this hotel was good, the staff was very kind and when we arrived the room was very clean and organised. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that we did not have housekeeping at all during our 3 nights over there, I checked on the booking and it was saying that we would have daily cleaning of the room but it didn’t happen so at the last night of our trip, the room was already very dirty.

    There was no compulsory wearing of face masks while walking around the hotel, even though it is government guidelines. The staff were not asking people to wear these and totally wasted my stay as it felt unsafe.

    Very, very warm

    The rooms’ windows don’t open at all, which would be fine if the air-con worked properly. For some bizarre reason, the air-con’s lowest setting is 19c. We asked the reception if they could either make the air-con cooler or provide us with a fan, as the room was unbearably warm and was making us feel sick. All they did was switch us rooms, but the new room had the exact same issue, but at this point we just gave up and tried our best to sleep in an uncomfortably warm room. I wouldn’t recommended staying, which is a shame because the room was very clean, shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was the temperature. God knows what the rooms feel like in summer time!
