We had a pretty rough extended trip with several stays at several resorts and when we walked into the Hilton the staff were amazing, upgraded our room and allowed us an early check in. The entire staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our lunch in the restaurant and had one of those old school waitresses that just knows what you want or need before you do. Our 'Ocean View' room technically had a view but only if you stood at the balcony railing and craned your neck to the right. It was, however, spotless and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there the night before boarding a cruise at Port Canaveral and I would stay there again if we ever did another cruise from there.

Had an excellent stay. Definitely more of a family with kids kinda place, so keep that in mind. Service was perfect and staff were very friendly. Trash in the common areas should be cleaned more often, but not outrageous. Restaurant and bars were great. Walk to the beach was short and a good location. Can walk to the pier. Pool was a bit crowded during the day and a bit cold at night, but usable. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

I gave 4 stars because there is one thing everyone should know who books an ocean view at this property. The view is not what we expected and came with a lot of noise. Unfortunately, not the pleasant noise of waves, but the LOUD noise of several air conditioning units on the lower roof - which is the view you have, as well as the ocean. We paid extra for the ocean view and were very disappointed that we looked at a huge roof with air conditioning units and had to hear that noise all day and all night. :-( Not what one expects, especially when you "upgrade" your room. Other than that, the hotel is very nice; the access to the beach and the pool area is perfect; the bar area is also nice; the Starbucks was a big plus for me; and of course, the close vicinity to the cruise ports is great.

It was my birthday weekend and I needed a last minute one night stay and this place was perfect. Right in front of the beach, lots of parking spacing. The night time front desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful! Thankfully I made it just in time to grab a late bite at the restaurant and get a couple drinks at the bar! Even though it was late and the night staff was preparing to close down and leave they were still incredibly kind. From the front desk, to the restaurant and the bar they were all wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
