Hotel is under construction/renovation. It smells like plaster or construction materials. I paid extra for early check in but got a pretty lousy room across from the maintenance/painting room. Good fruit salad at breakfast.

The room was excellent! It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful considering we arrived very late in the evening.

This was a nice hotel. Basic and clean. The hotel needs to be updated but served our purpose. One highlight were the beds - they were fantastic!

8/10 Very good

Room was clean, staff at the desk could be a bit more knowledgeable. I had a message on the phone and asked how to retrieve it. He didn't know. Breakfast was good except for the last 2 days. There was a different person in charge and the breakfast was terrible. 2 coffee pots were empty, Food trays were empty. I had to go to the kitchen and yell for someone to fill the coffee. Croissants were as hard as a rock. The person that was in charge the first few days we were there did an excellent job.

Great and friendly lady that maintained our room. Front desk was difficult to reach - had to call over and over and no one would respond - the front desk girl was not that friendly- the tub would clog- bed was super comfortable - it was just ok for me.

8/10 Very good

It's clear this is a hotel in transition and is improving - seems to be under new ownership. The room was comfortable and fairly clean, though the bathroom was dated and there were some areas on the walls and ceiling that need some minor maintenance. Our kids loved the pool which was warm and inviting and has long hours (6 am-10 pm). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in fact included, which I didn't realize upon booking, and was very generous, including hot items like eggs and bacon. There were a lot of gluten free options, however, there were cross contamination concerns for the waffle maker and tongs that made us a little wary. They were amenable to our request for a late checkout, which was great with kids. Very close to Main Street in Falmouth which has great shopping and food options. About 15 minutes to Woods Hole.

As others have mentioned, the bar and restaurant were closed which was a shame because it's nice. Receptionist did not seem to know when it would be open. Room was clean but shower was cold and soap was empty. That being said, we would stay there again. Great location.

The staff is wonderful, vey helpful. The room was very clean! The bathroom lighting needs to be much brighter. We were disappointed that the restaurant & bar are closed as we then had to drive somewhere for our dinners. Breakfast was complementary, which was a nice treat. We would stay there again!
